How To Use

Use Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray in five easy steps:

• Spritz the nozzle to prime Sterimar Cold Defence Nasal Spray.
• Gently push the nozzle into the left nostril. 
• Quickly press but avoid sniffing, tipping or leaning your head backwards.
• Blow your nose.
• Repeat the same process for your right nostril.

Ensure you cleanse the nozzle thoroughly after use with warm soapy water, then rinse and dry. Use whenever you need, or as per your doctor's instructions.
